School Supply Drive Organized For District 49

Boxes for the school supply drive can be found all over town, but the one on the front counter at The Nashville News is decorated as a school bus, which is pretty awesome.

Parents of students at Nashville Grade School are organizing a school supply drive for the coming school year.
With cooperation from local businesses, boxes will be placed around Nashville for donations of school supplies for students and parents.
The boxes can be found at Lee’s Variety, Dollar General, The Winning Edge, F&M Bank, The Nashville News, Bakery Nook, Nashville Savings Bank, and Breathe and Bend Yoga Studio, as well as the main office at Nashville Primary School.
Items being sought include notebooks, pencils, crayons, markers, three-ring binders, ear buds, wireless computer mice, or any item on the school supply list.
Donations will be given to school to be distributed to students and teachers. Boxes will be in place until the start of the new school year.
