Hello Nashville Dist. 49!
We are getting ready for 2018-2019 Registration and are excited to tell you about our On-Line Registration and new On-Line Payment option for our KG – 8th grade students!
Again this summer, our yearly registration forms will be available through Family Access for you to complete on-line. If you are not comfortable using the online registration option, you can still come in on Registration Day, Wednesday, July 18, from 8am-6pm and pick up the forms to fill out and return on Open House night.
If you chose to try the online option, you will need to login to Family Access. You will see an “Online Registration” tab on the left side of the screen. When you click on that tab, you will see instructions to help you through the process.
If you have moved, you will need to complete a new In-District Residency Form and bring in the necessary copies of your driver’s license with your new address, a copy of your mortgage papers/rental agreement, and a copy of a utility bill/power bill with your new address on it. All Residency paperwork must be turned in before the child will be able to start school.
Kindergarten and 6th grade students will need to have their physical turned in by Open House or they will not be able to start school on August 13th. (6th grade physicals will count as their sports physical for the 2018-2019 school year.)
Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 6th grade students will need to have their dental forms turned in by May.
7th and 8th grade students participating in sports will need to have a new sports physical turned in before tryouts of the sport they are participating in.
Sports physicals are good for one year.
