Constance E. Tomaszewski

Mrs. Constance E. Tomaszewski, 74, of Nashville passed away at 1 PM on Monday, January 7, 2019, at her home.

Connie was born January 21, 1944, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Joseph and Helen (Szczepanski) Przygoda. She married Richard Tomaszewski on November 28, 1964, at St. Michael’s Church in Radom, and he survives.

Mrs. Tomaszewski and her husband owned The Nashville News from 1979-2007. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Nashville and St. Ann Altar Sodality.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Steven (Jerry Dial), Geri (Doug Snead) and Jennifer (Jeremy Miller); five grandchildren, Joshua (Sarah), Jordan and Janelle Snead (Tony Schaeffer) and Nicholas and Noah Miller; two step-great-granddaughters, Payson and Pensley White; siblings, Joann Kujawa, Rita Gajewski, Jerry Przygoda and Mary Dreas; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Jean Moore, Arthur and Clarice Tomaszewski, Paul and Louise Schwartz, Robert and Sandy Tomaszewski, James Tomaszewski and Roger Tomaszewski; nieces, nephews and friends.

Connie was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Margaret Przygoda; a sister-in-law, Pamela Tomaszewski; and a brother-in-law, Stanley Kujawa.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at held at St. Michael Catholic Church in Radom, on Saturday, January 12, 2019, at 10:30 AM with Fr. Andrew Knopik officiating. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery in Radom.

Friends may call at the Campagna Funeral Home in Nashville on Friday, January 11, 2019, from 5-8 PM and on Saturday at St. Michael Catholic Church in Radom from 9-10 AM.  Rosary will be recited at the church on Saturday at 10 AM.

Should friends desire, mass offerings or memorials may be made to St. Ann School or St. Michael Cemetery and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
