Mrs. Caroline Dalman of Radom, IL, departed this life at the Friendship Village in Sunset Hills, MO on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 6:42 AM.  She had attained the age of 94 years, 4 months and 17 days.

Mrs. Dalman was born on November 4, 1924 at Radom, IL, the son of Stefen and Helen (Prusacki) Szopinski.  She was united in marriage to Charles Dalman on July 13, 1946 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Radom, IL and he preceded her in death on July 9, 1990.

Caroline was a homemaker and a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Radom, IL.  She enjoyed her polka music, quilting, bingo, playing cards, dancing and spending time with family.

Left to mourn her passing is her daughter, LaVerne M. Carter of St. Louis, MO; two grandchildren, Courtney Carter and husband Scott Thouvenot and Danielle Carter and fiancée Stephen Sheridan; two sisters, Theresa Kujawa and Clara Barnowski both of DuBois, IL; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son, Leonard Dalman; infant son, Lambert Dalman; three brothers, Frank Szopinksi, Stanley Stevens and John Prusacki; four sisters, Mary Borowiak, Sophia Kujawa, Rose Mamell and Regina Lukasik.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the St. Michael Catholic Church in Radom, IL on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 10 AM with Fr. Oliver Nwachukuw officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at the Campagna Funeral Home in Ashley, IL on Monday from 4 PM until 8 PM and on Tuesday from 7:30 AM until 9:30 AM.

The rosary will be recited at the Campagna Funeral Home on Monday at 7:30 PM.

Should friends desire, mass offerings or memorials may be made to the St. Michael Catholic Church or St. Michael cemetery and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
