Letters: FOIA Request To Washington County Hospital
Brian [Monsma, president of Washington County Hospital],
As I have long asserted, WCH is in violation of legal requirements to provide information to me.
You have received a copy of the letter sent to me June 7, 2019. from the Attorney General. It was sent to Nancy Newby as FOIA officer of the hospital. ( this is interesting, in itself, since she is no longer employed by the hospital).
Please send the information which I requested to the following address where I will be until later this month. I expect to receive it no later than the end of this week:

I realize that the matter has been essentially out of your hands, inasmuch as the attorneys for SSM were responsible for your previous refusal to comply with the law. This has left a significant sense of distrust with me for the hospital, its Board of Directors, and SSM management. I am extremely curious to discover just what has been hidden from public view since my original request.
I thank you, in advance, for your immediate submission of the required information.
