Ms. Jamie L. Stevens of Nashville, IL departed this life at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, MO on Friday, September 13, 2019 at 10:30 PM. She had attained the age of 50 years, 6 months and 9 days.
Jamie was born on March 4, 1969 in Belleville, IL, the daughter of Charles and Marlyn (Kesler) Stevens.
Jamie worked as a grooming assistant at Barks and Recreations in Nashville, IL.
She loved all animals, but she especially loved horses. Jamie never met a stranger, and everybody was her best friend.
Left to mourn her passing is her daughter, Kelsey Stiegman of Nashville, IL; a grandson Carter Stiegman of Nashville, IL; mother, Maryln Miller of Olmsted, IL; two brothers, Rodney (Lori) Stevens of Marissa, IL and Billy (Shannon) Cato of Olmsted, IL; aunts, uncles, nieces, other relations and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Stevens and stepfather, Richard Miller.
Per the wishes of Jamie and her family, cremation was performed. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Should friends desire, memorials can be made to the Washington County Partners for Pets and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
