Okawville, TSJ/ILS Move On To State

The Okawville Jr. Lady Rockets advanced to state for the second year in a row after beating St. John’s Lutheran 56-13 on Saturday. They advance to play Summersville on Saturday at 6:15 at Rend Lake College. The first round begins Saturday, Jan. 25, with a game against Summersville Grade School at 6:15 p.m.

The Trinity St. John/Immanuel Lutheran School Lady Titans defeated the St. Ann Saints 36-16 at TSJ. The team moves on to the state tournament at Rend Lake College, playing Bartelso Elementary School on Saturday, Jan. 25 at 3:45 p.m.
