20th COVID-19 Case In Washington County Now Reporting

The Washington County Health Department has been notified of a new positive coronavirus case, the department said Wednesday, July 1.

The case is a male in his 20s who had close contact through his employment. The health department said the positive COVID-19 case is now being quarantined and “currently doing well at home.” The last reported lab-confirmed positive virus case was on June 4.

To date, there have been 731 negative results that have been reported.

The newest case remains to be the only active case in Washington County, and the summary of the other confirmed cases are:

19 released from isolation
0 deaths
