Red Ribbon Week is next week, October 26th – 30th!
Monday – Wake Up Drug Free – wear your PJ’s
Tuesday – Elect To Be Drug Free – wear red, white, and blue
Wednesday – We Like Warm Hugs, Not Drugs – wear your favorite Disney clothes
Thursday – You Won’t See Me Using Drugs – wear Camouflage
Friday – Hocus Pocus Stay in Focus – wear your Halloween costume
Our Primary School Halloween Parade is Friday, October 30th at 8:45. This year our parade will stream on Mr. Fairbanks’ Twitter account and be available that afternoon on our school website. Unfortunately, we can’t allow parents in the building. Students will have to come completely dressed in their costumes. School staff will not be able to help in applying make-up. Staff will assist in taking the costumes off and safely putting them away after the parade.
Friday is an 11:30 dismissal day. Please let your teacher know ahead of time how your child is getting home on Friday. There is no Jr Hornets on Friday.
Friday is also Hats Off to Cancer Day. Student who bring $1 to school can wear a hat all day! This is a fundraiser for the Relay For Life, sponsored by our Student Council.
