K.R. McKinney

K.R. McKinney, age 75, of Oakdale, IL, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020 in Barnes- Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

K.R. McKinney was born on February 11, 1945, a son ofDelbert and Clara (Kofer) McKinney. On May 23, 1992 Hemarried Dollie Mae in Oakdale, IL and she preceded him in death on April 22, 2019. He was a truck driver for fifty years. K.R. was a member of Elkton Union Church, Elkton, IL and enjoyed camping, guns, gardening, raising chickens and horses.

Survivors include his children, Ron (Tonya) McKinney of Mt. Vernon, IN, Bill (Jody) McKinney of Tampa. FL, Lance (Crystal) McKinney of Evansville, IN, Amanda Litchfield of Mt. Vernon, IN, Kevin (Lori) Siliven of Oakdale, IL, Betty (Bob) Riley of DuQuoin, IL, Gloria ( Doug) Schaffer of Elkton, IL and Bonnie (Bill) Gibson of Oakdale, IL; twenty-five grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; two great great-grandchildren; four brothers, Dale, Roy, Larry, Wayne; three sisters, Saddie, Dean and Annabelle; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dollie Mae; and one brother, Ron.

Funeral services will be at Elkton Cemetery, Elkton, IL on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with Ron Mazander officiating. Interment will be at Elkton Cemetery, Elkton, IL.

Visitation will be held at Elkton Cemetery, Elkton, IL on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Due to health concerns related to the Covid-19 virus attendance will be limited, social distancing will be enforced and attendees are asked to wear a mask.

Memorial donations may be made to Perry County Humane Society or Washington County Humane Society.
