MARLENE HAAKE

Marlene M. Haake, 86 of Nashville, passed away at 6:55 a.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in O’Fallon.  She was born on June 6, 1934 in St. Joseph, MO, the daughter of Albert G. And Lucille Feiden Haake.  She was baptized at St. Paul Lutheran Church in St. Joseph by Pastor Rudolph Prange.  She attended schools in both St. Joseph and Nashville, graduating from Nashville High School on May 29, 1952.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Nashville where she was confirmed on March 10, 1947 by Pastor C.P. Rolhoff.  Her confirmation verse was Matthew 6:33, “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness”.

Marlene was preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by numerous cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Styninger Funeral Home in Nashville with Rev. James Miller officiating.  Burial will follow in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Nashville.
