Kathleen Kujawa

Ms. Kathleen S. Kujawa of Ashley, IL departed this life at her residence in Ashley on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 12:30 PM. She had attained the age of 62 years, 2 months and 29 days.

Kathleen was born on September 24, 1958 at St. Louis, MO the daughter of Stanley and Joann (Przygoda) Kujawa.

Kathleen worked as a dental assistant for Dr. Thackery in Mt. Vernon, IL for many years. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Radom, IL where she was involved with the Altar and Rosary Sodality. Kathleen loved cooking, traveling, baking sugar cookies and she loved spending time with her nieces, nephew, great niece and great nephews.

Left to mourn her passing is her mother, Joann Kujawa of Ashley, IL; brother, Dennis Kujawa of Ashley, IL; sister, Janet Keller of Ashley, IL; two nieces, Morjan (Jeff) Johnson of Nashville, IL and Carmen (Logan) Rennegarbe of Swansea, IL; nephew, Nathan Keller of Nashville, IL; two great nephews and one great niece, Brendyn Kelly, Rhylie Kelly and Trinity Engelman; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Due to Covid 19 health concerns, a private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Michael Catholic Church in Radom, IL on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 with Fr. Oliver Nwachukwu officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Should friends desire, mass offerings or memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
