Right to Life Essay Contest

The Washington County Right to Life Essay Awards Ceremony was held on April 26th at Trinity Lutheran Church in Nashville. Winners were (L to R, Front Row): Madisyn Rennegarbe From Immanuel (2nd Place), Charlotte Strubhart from St. Ann (2nd Place), Ashley Ratermann from St. Ann (3rd Place), Beverly Segelhorst from Immanuel (4th Place), Mackenna Wesseln from Trinity St. John (1st Place), and Annie Zalos from Trinity Hoyleton (4th place) (L to R Back Row): Madison Gogolek from Immanuel (3rd Place), Bryce Wojtowicz from St. Ann (2nd place), Scarlet Konkel from St. Ann (3rd Place), Anna Bauza from St. Ann (4th Place), Oliver Gaubatz from St. Ann (4th Place), Meredith Anderson from St. Ann (1st Place), Savannah Harrison from Trinity St. John (3rd Place), Lexi Welte from Trinity St. John (1st Place), and Carley Kasten from Trinity Hoyleton (4th Place). Winners received cash prizes:First Place winners received $100 and the opportunity to have their essay published in the paper. Second Place winners won $50, Third Place won $30, and Fourth Place won $20.
