Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccines Readily Available at SSM Health in Illinois for Ages 12+
MT, VERNON, IL (May 14, 2021) – SSM Health Medical Group continues to hold COVID-19 vaccination clinics several times a week at both their Centralia and Mt. Vernon locations. An increased supply in vaccine has made same day appointments available.
In Illinois, vaccines are available to any resident, age 16 and older. The Pfizer vaccine has now been authorized for individuals 12 years and older and the Moderna vaccine has been authorized for patients age 18 and older.

Vaccines are given at the Primary Care offices located at 1441 W. Broadway in Centralia, and 4103 S. Water Tower Place in Mt. Vernon.
