Okawville Wheat Festival Parade

The theme this year is Heroes versus Villains.

Parade Route

Start: Corner of St. Louis St. & Front St.

Finish: Corner of Willow St. & Front St.

Some suggestions: Batman vs Joker, Superman vs Lex Luthor, Green Lantern vs Sinestro,Captain America vs Red Skull, Spider-Man vs Green Goblin, Professor X vs Magneto. And we can’t forget about the women! Catwoman, Black Widow, Elektra, Poison Ivy, Mystique, Wonder Women, Jean Grey, and Sue Storm.

 Theses are only suggestions, as any theme-related ideas are acceptable!

 Those entering a theme-related float will receive a stipend of $100 for their participation. This applies to any float eligible for competition, not just the top five winners!

    39th Annual Fall Festival

    The Nashville Chamber of Commerce will be hosting our 39th Fall Festival, around the Washington County Courthouse. There will be craft/vendor booths, food booths, kids area. princess/superhero parade, kids pet parade and much more.
    Come hear Cary Miller Band Friday, September 27, 8 pm – midnight and Hot Rod Johnny Band Saturday, Sept 28, 7 pm – 11 pm
